Fit & Measurement Chart

Did you know most clothing brands start with a "base" size of Small or Medium then make each size a larger or smaller variation of that? The further you get from base size the more compromised the fit is. So if you're on the larger end of the size scale little things about the fit can be off, like armholes, neckline shapes, and bust dart locations.

Because I wear a Large or X-Large I start with that as the base size for this brand. This means my fit is better proportioned for mid sized to larger bodies than other brand might be. I specialize in fitting "not quite plus" sized women, like myself. My best selling sizes are Large through 2XL.

My typical cut is built for an hourglass or straight shaped person. The bust is a touch smaller than the hip on most garment, unless noted in the style description.  A lot of my items are a loose cut so some people choose to go down 1 size for a tighter fit.

I sell XS up to 5XL "off the rack" but because my clothing is often cut to order I will gladly make any size outside of this range. Email me for details at info@beithe.ca - I'd love to work with you!!

If you have any fit question I'd love to answer them and work with you to find a style you're happy with. Making all bodies feel honoured and comfortable is my goal! Send an email at info@beithe.ca for assistance.

Most styles in the collection are made with the above measurement guide in mind, and include ease (the proper amount of extra fabric on a garment to wear comfortably). There are a few styles where the specific garment measurements are listed. Please refer to the description for each style to help guide you. If you want to know any specific garment measurements please email  info@beithe.ca for assistance.
